Children as Patients
On most occasions we encourage a parent or carer to be with their child as they go into theatre and remain with them until they go to sleep. We aim to reunite you with your child as soon as practicable after their procedure.
We also encourage parents or carers to stay with their children overnight, if desired. In some instances, the boarder accommodation charge will be levied. Remember to bring your child's special items such as their favourite soft toy. Our intention is to make your child's visit to our hospital as enjoyable as possible.
