If you wish to give Chelsea a compliment, lay a complaint or give feedback on any part of Chelsea - Please don't hesitate to contact us.
We are committed to ensuring your stay with us is as positive as possible and that we meet and exceed your expectations. If you would like us to do anything differently to improve your stay, please bring it, however small, to our attention immediately so it can be addressed.
Your feedback is very important to us. We encourage you to complete a patient satisfaction survey on your discharge. Please either return it to the nurse or post it back to Chelsea (stamped address envelopes are available from reception).
You are welcome at any point to request a meeting with the senior nurse on duty or the CEO if you have any concerns about the quality of the service provided.
