Visiting information

Chelsea welcomes visitors and has open visiting hours up until 9pm.  Some patients undergoing day stay procedures may be unable have visitors for the privacy of other patients at the hospital.

We ask that if you are visiting a patient at Chelsea that the needs of other patients are considered and noise kept to minimum with small children kept under supervision at all times.

There is a visitor toilet available in the waiting area in reception.  For infection control purposes, we ask that you do not use patient bathrooms.

The main doors of the hospital are locked at 5pm each evening.  Access to the hospital can be gained by pushing the call bell to the right of the main doors.

Parking for patients and visitors is in designated car parks in front of the hospital’s main entrance on Cobden Street.
